We at Ethical Eyewear try to avoid a conveyor belt of returns and exchanges, and true to brand form, we aim to limit activity in this area to promote better practice. We say, “fair's fair”! If at any stage prior to purchase you have any questions or concerns, we would urge you to contact us! We can arrange a video call, ask more questions, use our experts as much as you can. Whatever you need to do to help you decide – let’s do it, to ensure we get it right the first time!

Important Notice: Each pair of sunglasses is fitted with an Ethical Eyewear Bio Tag Once this tag is broken, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. So please make sure you are 100% satisfied before breaking the seal. This bio tag is biodegradable, and should be discarded in environments of high microbial activity such as landfill and composting sites.

We work hard to ensure we’ve selected the best products and make every attempt to ensure you are paired with your perfect pair of ethical sunglasses. Ultimately, we just want you to be happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason this isn’t the case, we will be happy to provide a full refund, exchange, or store credit on any product returned within 10 days of purchase.

 

To make a return:

• Items must have the bio tag intact
• Items must still be in their original packaging with bio tag attached
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
• You must include your name, order number and receipt / proof of purchase with any return
• Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of sale items (regardless of whether the bio tag is intact or not).
